At Odyssey of Humanity, our mission is to create a more just, inclusive, and unified world. We champion initiatives that bring people together across racial, cultural, and social divides—empowering Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), as well as individuals from marginalized and protected groups.

Our vision is rooted in the belief that human diversity is a strength. Through intentional programming, authentic dialogue, and interracial and intercultural partnerships, we help dismantle stereotypes and negative preconceived notions by fostering deep, trusting relationships. These bonds allow people to recognize shared humanity, embrace differences, and create new possibilities for cooperation, fellowship, and unity.

A New York Charitable Trust

Since 2006, Odyssey of Humanity, Inc. is a New York charitable trust recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Federal Tax ID; 30-0164253). Contributions to Odyssey of Humanity are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Interracial Research and Social Innovation

Our work is grounded in interracial research and rigorous social innovation. We explore how diverse groups interact, especially within BIPOC communities, and use this knowledge to challenge bias, prejudice, and systemic inequities.

By applying evidence-based approaches, including our Mosaic Partnerships Program™, we create structured opportunities for people to build meaningful, interdependent relationships. These connections foster understanding, reduce division, and generate sustainable social capital that benefits society as a whole.

Fiscal Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships

Odyssey of Humanity provides fiscal sponsorship and strategic support to new and emerging initiatives aligned with our mission. By partnering with community organizations, faith groups, and grassroots leaders, we strengthen efforts to dismantle systemic racism, address issues such as redlining, and promote interreligious and intercultural harmony.

Through these partnerships, we amplify local voices, scale impact, and reinforce our collective pursuit of equity, justice, and unity.
