Programs We Support

Odyssey of Humanity is a national 501(c)(3) dedicated to building trust across lines of race, culture, and ideology—one relationship at a time. Our programs transform division into durable social capital by pairing people who might not otherwise meet, guiding them through structured, research-informed dialogue, and equipping them to lead systemic change in their workplaces, neighborhoods, campuses, and civic institutions. We focus on measurable outcomes: increased cross-community connections, higher trust and empathy scores, and action plans that translate learning into policy and practice. Below you’ll find an overview of our flagship initiatives and how you (or your organization) can get involved.

Mosaic Partnerships™ (Flagship)

What it is: A cohort-based experience that pairs participants across race and difference for 9–12 months of guided relationship-building, learning journeys, and community projects.
Who it’s for: Civic leaders, business executives, nonprofit directors, educators, faith leaders, and engaged residents.
How it works: Participants meet regularly with their partner, attend facilitated sessions, complete reflective prompts, and co-design a capstone project that addresses a local need (e.g., equitable hiring practices, shared public safety goals, inclusive policy recommendations).
What changes: Participants report deeper trust, broader networks, and concrete collaborations that outlast the program—seeding ongoing coalitions for equity and shared prosperity.

Campus Mosaic™

What it is: An adaptation of Mosaic Partnerships™ for colleges and universities that aligns with student success, retention, and belonging initiatives.
Who it’s for: Students, faculty, staff, and alumni mentors.
Why it matters: Campus Mosaic™ builds bridges across identities and disciplines, improving campus climate while preparing emerging leaders to navigate difference in workplaces and civic life.

Community Healing Dialogues

What it is: A structured series that brings residents, public officials, and law enforcement into sustained, facilitated conversations.
Focus: Repairing trust, clarifying shared safety goals, and co-creating practical commitments (e.g., communication protocols, joint service projects, restorative practices).
Outcome: Relationship-first progress that supports evidence-based reforms and reduces “us vs. them” dynamics.

Youth Bridge Builders

What it is: A service-learning track for high school groups, youth programs, and after-school partners.
Highlights: Peer pairing, civic storytelling, and mini-projects that uplift student voice—guided by trained facilitators and aligned with social-emotional learning.

Leader Labs & Executive Cohorts

What it is: Short, intensive formats for senior leaders who need momentum now—half-day, one-day, or multi-session sprints.
Deliverables: Practical playbooks for inclusive decision-making, change-management checklists, and a shared roadmap for cross-sector collaboration.

Training, Facilitation & Keynotes

We equip organizations with proven practices for inclusive meetings, psychologically safe teams, and trust-building communications. Custom workshops and keynote talks are available for conferences, board retreats, and all-hands events.

Research, Measurement & Evaluation

Our programs include baseline and follow-up pulse checks that track trust, empathy, and cross-identity connections, along with qualitative insights and participant stories. We provide summary dashboards to partners so you can demonstrate progress to boards, funders, and the community.
